Processing Time: Current processing time (the time it takes to make the item) is 1-5 business days. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Shipping: Express Shipping is 1-2 business days. Standard Shipping is 3-5 business days. International Shipping is 7-21 business days. Dream Thread Prints is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If a package gets returned for an invalid address, it is the customers responsibility to pay for the shipping fee to get the package reshipped. Please make sure your address is correct when placing your order. Dream Thread Prints is not responsible for any outstanding duties or tariffs on packages. It is the customers responsibility to ensure all outstanding fees are paid on all applicable packages. 

Refund: All items are made to order! Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please reach out within 24 hours of placing your order if you'd like to cancel your order and receive a refund.
